Wherespet does NOT share any user's data with third-parties.
All collected data is used for the sole purpose of making Wherespet products work.

WHERESPET GENERAL USER ACCOUNT

1. Forms of Personal Information Collected
When Registering a new User on the Wherespet app, user is requested his name, phone number, and e-mail.

The user's personal information is only collected on the User Registration act.

Personal Information is used mainly to allow Wherespet to provide technical support to its technologies' users. It can also be used in automatic processes to allow products and services to function - such as the "Emergency Detection Feature". (see below)

Wherespet doesn't share user information with other companies.
In case of the "Emergency Detection Feature" (see below), the name and user state may be shared with the user's emergency contacts (which the user authorized by introducing that contact himself/herself).

WHERESPET IoT DEVICES

1. Forms of Personal Information Collected
IoT devices may not necessarily collect user data. These devices collect location coordinates from the actual device, which may or may not be with the user.

IoT Device location information is collected by the device itself via GPS or network location information.

WHERESPET APP'S EMERGENCY DETECTION FEATURE (iOS only)

1. Forms of Personal Information Collected
This feature from Wherespet's app collects True or False results regarding user's movement at regular time intervals. But it doesn't upload to server any location coordinates.

2. How is Personal Information Collected
The app (iOS or Android) uses location and motion sensors to determine whether user has moved or not (True or False results).

Personal information is used to inform authorized emergency contacts, which the user has defined, whenever there hasn't been any motion detected for the user's phone in the last 24 hours.

5. Is Collected Personal Information shared with Third-parties
Wherespet doesn't share user information with other companies.
Motion's True or False are only shared with user introduced/authorized emergency contacts.
