Device care

Please keep in mind when using your Wherespet Simba that the device, although resistant, is not indestructible.

Keeping device clean is essential

Although resistant to water and dust, device will gradually lose resistance over time when exposed to harsh conditions such as humidity, pressure, impacts and temperature.
Pets can easily dirty it during a runaway, so please keep it clean whenever that happens and make sure it didn't get damaged.

Warranty only covers technical fabrication defects and NOT damage from usage.

Test your device at least once a month

Making sure device is working is important. To test, simply place the device outdoors and:

1 - Make a phone call to device and check if listen in mode is working
2 - Test asking for location update and wait to confirm reply

Doing this will also keep your SIM card active in case you are not using a M2M SIM card.
